EASTER DAWN
r I have heard Great Silent Music felt ;
It lift my spirit high , ;
Sensed the sweep of angel wings
Ascending up the sky.
,i
I have heard the angel song
And seen at break of day,
J ust beyond the cloudsa host
In silvery array.'
I have heard the song they sang
Exalted, grand, sublime
Felt the dpathlessness of Life,
The timelessness'of Time.
I have felt a flood of tears
Of Splendor in my heart
Upon a pinnacle have cried:
My Father, God Thou Art!

Q. How can I treat pruning
wounds in my orchard?
A. Pruning wounds will heal
most quickly when made close.
Avoid ' leaving stubs which will

larger wounds are made it is ad
visable to cover them with a prep
aration of pure white lead and lin
seed oil. Grafting wax may also
be used.

Goldsboro Folks Help Each Other
For example, after fire burned out H. Weil and Bros, main
store, the fine Goldsboro Womans Club building was turned over to
Weil's women's wear and accessories departments. Kadis, Leder Bros.,
Neil Joseph, Sears and others loaned clothing racks, price tag holders,
etc. Smith Hardware provided space for a main office. The office is
close to the farm goods and grocery departments in unburned build
ings on Weil's back lot.
The daily Goldsboro News-Argus is proud of the nelghborll
