flowers. The dining table, overlaid
-with a lace cloth was centered with
a massive arrangement of pastel
gladioli.
Guests were invited for 7.45 and
found their places at individual ta
bles which were centered with mln
' iature arrangements of sweet peas.
A delicious supper course was ser
ved and bridge followed. When
scores -were tallied the honoree
was presented an ivy bowl In milk
white crystal; high score went to
Mrs. Stacy Britt and second high
to Mrs. Glenn Brown. Concluding
the evening the guests were invited
into the dining room where cake
and punch was served. Mrs. Allen
Draughon, Sr. cut the cake, artis
tically decorated in pink and white,
and topped with a colonial nosegay,
which was pinned on the bride. Mrs.
Whitle poured punch from the op
posite end of the table.

Hospital and Is getting along nicely.
