Brown Dies Hear Magnolia Lewis William Brown, 89, retired farmer of near Magnolia died at his home Monday afternoon after having been seriously ill for about ten days and a lingering, iilness of several months. Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 at the home. Burial was in the family cemetery near the home. He is survived by his wife, the former Mrs. Mamie Rhodes Riggs of Onslow County; two sons, John Brown , of Charlotte and H. T. Brown of Magnolia; three daugh ters, Mrs O.
