E, Fussell continues to improve at her home. Friends of Mrs. Harry Pridgcn will regret to learn that she suffer ed a heart attack early Sunday. She is getting along as well as could be expected. Mrs. R. E. West, who has been confined to her bed at the home of her daughter Mrs. Edgar Pollock, has improved and is able to be up. Friends of H. S. Kornegay will be interested to learn that he is improving. Mrs. J. C. Assoc'.. tion, was a guest and spoke briefly on her work, stressing TB. The hostess served cake, Jello and whip ped cream. Circle No. 2 met Tuesday night in the home of the leader Mrs. J. C. Thompson with 13 present and Mrs. R. L. Crossno presenting the devotionals. The program chairman was unable to be present and Mrs. Q. J. Sutton spoke On "Do's an.! Don'ts for a live WSCS". Honors New Pastor And Wife The Ladies Auxiliary of the Pres byterian Church held open house' Friday evening from 8 until 9 to welcome their new pastor, Rev. and Mrs. Jerry Newbold. Mass invita tions were extended members of all Warsaw churches. Receiving guests in the vestibule of the main auditorium and show ing them to the ladies parlor were Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Huie. Introdu cing to the receiving line were Mr. and Mrs. E. Walker Stevens and composing the line were Rev. and Mrs. Newbold, officers of the church and their wives. Mrs. B. C. Sheffield and Miss Sallie Bowden poured nvmch from the beautifully lace covered tabic, which was also decorated with yel low and purple flowers.
