Rites For Mrs. McCoy Howard Mrs. Effie Noble Howard, age GS, the wife of MeCoy Howard, promi nent farmer of the Pink Hill sec tion of Lenoir County died in a Kinston hospital at 3:30 p.m. Fri day. Mrs. Howard had been in fail ing health for several years. Many relatives and friends mourn her passing.
