Through no fault of his own, some 250 poults died from Omphalitis, commonly known as Navel ill. This disease is usu ally contracted through improper incubation precautions, however, this disease only occurs from three to ten days after hatching. Ed Dud ley now has about 750 vigoriously growing turkeys and is thinking in terms of further diversification in the use of his land.
