Boney s it Kenansville was appointed to f iend a county-wide committee inown as "The Antique Display Committee", of the Duplin Hlstori cal Association, Inc. The purpose saf this committee was to help ad- vertise and create Interest in the gTDuplin Story" by Sam Byrd, to be' presented here at the county swat on Sept.22, 23, 24th. Funeral services were held from the home in the Moss Hill section Friday afternoon with burial In West View Cemetery near Kinston. Mr. Jones was a merchant, far mer and warehouseman. He was the son of the late W. W. and Etta Barwick Jones and a member of Union Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Hill Jones two sons and one daughter by a for mer marriage, Floyd B Jr., Neale, and Mary Ann; all of the home; a daughter by a second marriage, Evelyn Jones of the home; two bro thers, W. H. Jones of Pink Hill and C. B. Hall Passes Away Af Age 77 Mrs.- Hattie Barbara Hall, age 77, died at her homer here in Ke nansville early Tuesday morning. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. L. A.
