Red Hill Annual
Ingathering To

Saturday, Sept. 24th,' will climax
several weeks and months of pre
paration for the 4th annual Ingath
ering Day at Red Hill Universalist
Church.
The main events of the day will
be an auction sale followed by a
barbecue and chicken salad . sup
per. Various and sundry items,
such as canned goods, needle
work and farm produce will be
sold at auction starting at 3 o'
clock. Mr. E. L. Dudley, well
known tobacconist of Clinton will
be the auctioneer.
Fresh, pit-cooked barbecue will
be served from 5 to 9 o'clock. Chick
en salad will be available for thoe
who prefer it.
The purpose of this event is to
raise funds for a new cjiurch build
ing. Red Hill is located on U. S.
Highway 421, ten miles south of
Clinton. The public is cordially in
vited to attend and participate in
this sale and supper.
