Lanier died Tuesday night following several months of declining health at her home in the Lyman Community near Beulaville. She was born February 22nd, 18 85 and was the daughter of the late Alafair and Willis AmJn of Sampson County. In early child hood the family moved to Duplin County and made their home in or near Beulaville. She was married to Walter P.
