Mercer of Beu laville died Friday afternoon, Oct. 27 in Memorial Hospital, Kinston, after an illness of several days. Funeral services were'neld Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Pres byterian Church by Rev. Walter Goodman, assisted by Rev. Rashie Kennedy of Goldstar?. Burial was in the Cabin Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Surviving in ad dition to her husband are three children, Ona Gail, Sandra and Philip Ray all of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Ralph Sandlin; one sister, Mrs. R. R.
