He was a retired business man ana farmer and a deacon in the Tea ch ey Baptist Church. Funeral ser vices were held from the Teacney Baptist Church Tuesday at 8 pjn., conducted by Rev. C. W. Duling of Hertford. Burial was in Rockfisb Cemetery, Surviving are his wife, the former Nannie Norris; three sons, El wood, Osbert and Clyde W.
