This expedition will leave the Council area on August 9 for a 20 day tour, which will include such highlights as the Cherokee Histori cal Pageant, "UntoTheae Hills"; a one day visit to Mexico, lunch 750 feet below the earth's surface at Carlsbad Caverns, a seven day hor seback cavalcade through the ma jestic mountain ranch at Philmont, a visit to Lookout mountain In Ten nessee, a visit to a steel mill in Birmingham, a trip through the Texas oil fields and a visit to four State capitals. The scouts from Tuscarora will combine with those from East Caro Una Council at Wilson and the Cape Fear Council at Wilmington, and will travel in a chartered bus. The trip will take the group thro ugh 13 states and Mexico. Scout trained adult leadership will be with the group throughout the trk.
