Heide Trask, PmmMniiw nf the Third State Highway Division, today reported on the work recently compietea oy State Highway forces in Duplin and Sampson counties. In Duplin, Trask said that grading and drainage had been finished on railroad crossing on a county road about three miles north of War saw off US 117. In Samnson. soil surfacing was rnmnleted for 0.4 mile north of Herman Jackson Store on NC 102 State forces reDlaced a 22-foot wide bridge on a county road with two 60-foot Dirjes. This should mane for better drainage. Thinlin ahd SamDSon are in the Third Hiehway Division along with Brunswick. New Hanover, unsiowL- and Pender counties. Division head quarters are in Wilmington.
