Mrs. Maxwell reported that a bag of clothing had been sent to Blacky School, Blacky, Ky. During the social hour the hos tesses served ice cream and cake. Adelphian Club The Adelphian Club will meet Wednesday evening at the Mt. Olive Park for a picnic. The husbands, children or sweet hearts are invit ed. Mrs. James Dickson will conduct the devotional which will be on "Something to Brag About;" namely in Christ, in God, in Tribulation, in the cross, in affliction and in eter nal hope. Mrs. Powell Honored Mrs. Hettie Powell was honored Sunday at the Methodist Church by her pastor Rev. Paul Maness and members of the church, in recogni tion of forty years of active service in the church. She was a charter member. Rev.
