Evans and tern. ily visited with her parents, Mr and Mrs. Ross Pierce in Pender for a short while. Mrs. Willie Everton of Beula ville and their new pastor's wife was a recent visitor of Chinquapin a week's revival is being held there at the Free Will Baptist church with a large attendance. A -week's revival has just closed here at the Baptist church with the Rev. Mr. Owens officiating, where a hugh audience heard and enjoy ed good sermons and good singing during the week. Miss Margaret Ann Brinkley re turned home last week after spend ing several days in J. W. M. Hos pital in Wilmington doing nicely with minor ailment.
