Johnson' was1 hostess on Christmas Eve afternoon to the Sewing Club 'Christmas party. Silver and blue decorations were used throughout the house with the mantel arrangements and silver i tree being the local point. , Gifts were exchanged by the members of the club and Christ mas stories were enjoyed. ' The hostess served assorted cake snow ball ice cream, nuts and cof fee. Early Morning HD Club Holds Meet . The Early Morning Home Dem onstration Club met with T. P. Qmnn for its December meeting. After the business session, Mrs. C. ' B. Jernigan presented a demonstra tion on Holiday meals. The recreation period was enjoy ed by singing carols and a gift ex change. Guy McKee Jr., son of Mrs. Ida Stewart Robinson of Atlantic and Mr. Guy McKee Sr., of Mt. Olive. The Rev. Lauren Sharpe, former pastor of the bride performed the double ring ceremony. A, program of wedding music was rendered by Mrs. Robert L. Summerlin, pian ist, and Irving Ennls, vocalist. The bride, who was given in mar riage by her father wore a gown of candlelight bridal satin. The bod ice was fashioned with an Elizabeth an collar and deep yoke of import ed rose point lace. The gathered skirt extended into a full train. Her floor length veil of silk illus ion was dropped from a rosepoint lace crown which was embroidered with seed pearls. She carried a pray er book topped with a ' white or chid. Miss Patsy Kelly, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a strapless ballerina coral gown with a taffeta cape. Her headpiece was the taffeta and net bonnet shape. She carried an arm bouquet of white carnations. Bridesmaids were Mra. William Rhodes, Mrs. R. C. Baker, and Miss Lovely Kelly, sisters of the bride, and Mrs. Mary Stewart Langston, sister of the groom,- Clemson, S. C They wore gowns and carried flow ers identical to that of the honor attendant. Honorary brides-maids were Ger- aldine Pittard, Patricia Herring, Margaret .Boone, and Ann Stewart Benson. They wore pastel gowns with pink carnation wrist corsages. Bobbie Ann Kelly,' cousin of the bride, of Winston-Salem was flower girl. Her dress was fashioned like that of the honor attendant. She car ried a matching basket filled with rose petals. Ring bearer was Billy Kelly, cou sin of the bride. Guy McKee Sr., was best man for his son. Ushers were Ed Thorp and Robert Langston. Mrs. Kelly, mother of the bride, wore a satin ballerina length char truse dreis with matching accessor ies and an orchid corsage.
