TheN Warsaw Baptist - Church group brought attractive packages for each member of the home, with Mrs.. Kathleen Snyder's Sunday School supplying the 18 large cans of Juice for their future enjoyment. Mrs. Christine Williams and Mr. Marshburn brought a group of Cub Scouts and a tree. This they dec orated attractively in the living loom with the "family" assisting where they could. They also placed presents under, the tree for the guests. To conclude the evening, they gave amost Interesting pro gram. Mrs. Bessie Rhodes of Beulaville, whose mother Is a member of the family, brought an attractive tree for her mother's room and a gift for each member of the family. Mrs. Britt and her Cub Scouts of Warsaw came over and presented a program and sang carols. . Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Whaley of Tin City came with a gift of money for each 'member so they could shop for themselves. To the one, who is never too tired nor ever too busy to "minister to their needs; the Kenansville Garden Club gave a sweater, that was most appreciated to Mrs. Whaley. What bet'er way to celebrate thr birthday of our Lord, than shar ing with others, especially one whr is ever present. "To know her is U love her" is true of Miss Delia. To the many others, group or in dividuals that we have not found time to mention, we all say "thank you" for without you the sun would not always be shining. Boney with the local. Red Cross carried Mrs. Bowing of Pink Hill, Miss Ruth Cavanaugh, Kenansville and Miss Patsy Rhodes of Beulaville to Camp Lejeune Mrs. Bowing en tertained the boys with her doll show, using dolls from twenty five different countries. The boys in the Wards were most receptive and delighted with the show. Rudy Hasty Is A number of young boys in town helped Rudy Hasty celebrates his seven'h birthday on last Wednesday wi.en his mother, Mrs. Hortense Hasty entertained at a weiner roast at their home on Rutledge road Mr. Joe Costin assisted Mrs. Hast in cooking and serving hot dogs soft drinks and cookies.
