On October 8th the Boy Scouting
forces of Duplin County will mo

has an almost universal appeal to

judges have proclaimed Scouting as
a principle aid in reducing juvenile

thrives in the out of doors. It teach

later life, no matter what profession
or occupation he may follow. Scout

in a boy. It teaches hiin to love his
country and to value the Democratic
way of life.
Scouting is widespread through
out Duplin County. Aibertson, Fai
son, Kenansville, Calypso, Warsaw,
Rose Hill, Wallaee and Beulaville
have the program for their white
