Together with six others, she must learn to use her powers if she will ever hope to defeat Ragnar, the most powerful necromancer born to the Rudari. Area students named to Dean's list at Lenoir-Rhyne Honeycutt named Miss Thomasville 2010 TIMES Staff Report TIMES Staff Report Erin Jane Harrison of Thomasville and Chelsea Nichole HiU of Lexington were recently nained to the Dean’s List for the fall 2009 semester at Lenoir- Rhyne University. Qualifying students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better, provided no grade was below a “C” and the student carried at least 12 hours of let-, ter-graded courses. The following Dean’s List stu dents are listed by state and town of residence. The Miss Thomasville Scholarship Association is proud to announce that MaUory Deanne Honeyc utt won the coveted title of Miss ThomasviUe 2010 on Saturday, Feb. 13,2010, at T. Austin Finch Audito rium. Honeycutt is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, majoring in nursing. She the 21-year-old daughter of Stanley and Rita Hon eycutt of Salisbury, N.C. Kayla Renee Holling sworth was crowned ThomasviUe’s Outstand ing Teen 2010. Holling sworth is a junior at Randleman High School and is the 16-year-old daughter of Ted and Debbie Hollingsworth of Randleman; Honeycutt and HolUing- sworth will compete at the Miss North Carolina and North Carolina’s Out standing Teen Pageants, June 22-26 in Raleigh. Six Miss Thomasville Contestants and the nine Outstanding Teen contes tants competed in several phases of competition. Also crowned at the event was the 2010 Thom asville Outstanding Lit tle Miss Royalty court. The court winners were: Aspen Troxler, Thomas- ville’s Outstanding Little Miss; Tori Gross, Thom- asville’s Outstanding Preteen Miss; Isabella Siler, ThomasviUe’s Out standing Petite Miss; Emma CasseU, Thom- asvUle’s Outstanding Ma jestic Miss; AneU Owens, ThomasviUe’s Outstand ing Young Miss; Macy Henson, ThomasviUe’s Outstanding Jimior Miss; and ThomasviUe’s Baby Miss, Kadence Anderson. In addition, a special presentation was made to Elizabeth Darr Litwin, Miss ThbmasviUe 1937, who was introduced on stage and presented with an official Miss America Crown.
