METHODIST REVIVAL . The Rev. Allison Simonton of Durham is assisting the Rev. A S. Parker, pastor of the Carrboro Methodist Church, in a series of revival services each evening this week through Friday evening at the church here. CARRRORO DRIVE SUCCESSFUL The Carrboro campaign in be half of the Chapel Hill Red Cross Chapter’s annual finance drive! has exceeded already the amount raised in any similar drive for the chapter in the past 10 years, ac cording to General Chairman I. Mr PRESENT FOR THE LIVING — Carrboro School Principal Klay Box spades around one of the trees recently donated to beautify the school grounds. They were given by the sixth grade class, as a memorial to the late Mrs. R. B. Studebaker, first grade teacher, and by Mrs. Bill Page of the school cafeteria staff in honor of her daughter, a pupil at the school. Mrs. Page also donated to the library several facsimile copies of historic Ameri can documents as gifts for her daughter to share with the school.
