Funeral services were held
Sept. 5 in Forest Lawn Cemetery,
Glendale, Calif, for Mrs. Emma
Harward Monk, 90, formerly of
Chapel Hill. Mrs. Monk, widow of
Henry Monk, was the daughter of
the late William H. and Caroline
K. Harward of Orange County,
and sister of the late Mrs. J. D.
Webb of Chapel Hill. She is sur
vived by nieces and nephews who
are residents of Chapel Hill. .
