SUPERIOR COURT CLERK Edwin Lynch said yesterday that both sides involved in the Duke Power Co. power line condemna tion lawsuit in Chapel -KBIT had filed objections to all of the rec ommendations of the land com missioners in the case, so he doesn’t know exactly when he’ll be able to set a hearing on the objections and make a subse quent decision on the verdict of the commissioners. Pointing out the astronauts’ previous tie to Cha pel Hill through their training at Morehead Planetarium, the Jay cees suggested how fitting if Col. Glenn—“perhaps our greatest liv ing American”—could “help se lect a girl that has a chance of becoming our next Miss Ameri ca.” A long shot invite, they ad mit, but. . , .
