Her report: "While everyone else in Chapel Hill is reporting on graduation I would like to report the blow on the head of my 7-year-old broth er, Jimmy Crawford, by a falling turtle. Two stitches were taken on the right side of Jimmy’s, head to close the wound. The turtle was unharmed by the fall.” MAYOR McCLAMROCH SAID late yesterday he had no report to make on the activities of his committee working on the de segregation of business establish ments in Chapel Hill and its en virons.
