23rd Boys Sta'e, sponsored by
the American Leg on at the Uni
versity’s Institute of Govern
ment, beginning this Sunday and
continuing all next week.
They are Jack Donald Reitzel,
William Carroll (Billy) Watkins.
Richard Dale Riley and Joseph
Reed Thompson,

BABB HONOR GRADUATE
Wylie Sherrill Babb, son of
Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Babb of Mar
garet Lane, Hillsboro, has just
graduated “magna cum laude” at
C. W. Post College of Long Is
land University, receiving the
bachelor of arts degree. Ranking
4th in his class of 435, he re
ceived a total of five major
scholastic and leadership awards
during commencement exercises
which concluded Monday. He!
has held a number of offices in
campus affairs and been listed
in “Who’s Who Among Students
in American Universities.”

Mrs. S. S. Stuart of Meridan,
Mississippi is visiting with her
daughter, Mrs. Russell Wagoner,
for a few weeks. Mrs. Wagon
er’s sister, Mrs. Grace Burnelle,
and friends, Alice, Mary and
Jackie Carbon, also of Meridan.
