Ttxai paper. Burned to Death. Hattie, the 10-year-old daugh ter of Monroe Harrell, who lives about two miles south of White Plains, was burned to death yesterday afternoon. The child was playing too near the fire and her clothing ignited, and as no one else was at home at the time except some smaller chil dren she was fatally burned.
