Bank at Oberlin, Ohio : 'The Comp troller of the Currency yesterday ap pointed Bank Examiner Miller re ceiver of the Citizens National Bank of Oberlin, Ohio, which closed its doors yesterday morning in conse quence of a run on the bank last Sat urday.
