McINTYRE MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED Mr. and Mrs. William Pres ton Campbell of Cooleemee, North Carolina announce the | marriage of their daughter, Brenda Faye to Pvt. Robert M. Mclntyre of the U. S. Ar my on November 18th at 5:30 in the evening at York, South Carolina. Charles Nunn offi ciated. Mrs. Mclntyre is a senior at Davie County High School where she plans to continue her education. She is also em ployed at Wilkins Drug Store in Mocksville. Pvt. Mclntyre is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Mcln tyre of Woodleaf, North Car olina. He attended West Ro wan High School and before entering service he was em ployed at Delta Thread Co., Salisbury. }4rs. Mclntyre will make her home with her parents while her husband is stationed in Vietnam. Billy Trexler spent the Thanksgiving Holidays with his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. James Trexlar. He attends the ' School of the Deaf at Mor j ganton, N. C. Thanksgiving Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Shep herd were the following members of their family Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Stutts and Lynn of Midway, North Carolina, Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Nesbit and Joe of Woodleaf and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Mor gan of Salisbury. Miss Linda Wood is a pa tient at Davie County Hospi tal. Adam Williams is a patient at Rowan Hospital. Mrs. Minnie Allen remains a patient at Davie Hospital. Mrs. Ralph Moody returned home on Saturday from Da vie Hospital after undergoing treatment for several days. Mrs. W. B. Blalock return ed home Saturday after spending several weeks in Richmond, Va. visiting her children, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Milholen and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Blalock, also Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Parker. Her son. Bill returned home with her and spent the night. Mrs. Theo Rice returned home over the weekend from Davie Hospital. Mrs. Dewey Foster remains a patient at Davie Hospital after undergoing surgery last week. Mr and Mrs. Thomas Vog ler and family recently visited Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Kerley in Winston-Salem. Mr. and Mrs. Foyle Brog don have moved into their new home at North Coolee mee. Mr. and Mrs. Ed McDaniel and daughter, LuAnn of Ten nessee, spent the holidays here. Mrs. Martha Ann Boyd and son, Sam, of Erwin, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Alexander. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wag ner and children of North Augusta, South Carolina spent the Thanksgiving holidays with his mother, Mrs. K. L. Cope and Mr. Cope. Thanksgiving guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wil liam Owens were Rev. and Mrs. W. L. Faile and daugh ters, Karen and Marsha of Chester, South Carolina, Miss Carolyn Owens of Atlantic Beach, John Owens of Ox ford. Miss Delores Blackwell of Campbell College. Mrs. Dorcas Vogler return ed home from Rowan Hospi tal last week. Thanksgiving dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Spry were Mr. and Mrs. Grady Spry, Jr. and family of Cool eemee, Mrs. Dolly Swaim and Mary Elizabeth, Doyle Sprye and daughter, Lillian Louise, all of Carrboro. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pierce spent the holidays visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Pierce in Lynchburg, Va. Mr. and Mrs. Garland Page and sons Pat and Mike of Falls Church, Va. spent the, holidays with his mother,! Mrs. Richard Page and other | relatives. Tatum, Sr. Thanksgiv-| ing dinner was enjoyed in cluding E. C. Tatum, Jr. and family. Before leaving on Sat urday morning, all enjoyed a family breakfast in the new home of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Tatum, Jr. Donald Correll has arrived home from overseas after completing his services with the U S. Army.
