Senior Citizens Celebrate Ninth Anniversary Of Club The Senior Citizens Club cele brated its ninth anniversary Monday with a cake and Hal loween costume program. Sixty members attended the meeting, presided over by pres ident Mrs. Fred Murphy. Three new members joined the club. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Penniger Baptists Hold Mission Study Tliere will be a Foreign Mis sion Study Sunday evenings. November 2 and November 9, at the First Baptist Church at 6:30 p.m. Hie theme for the 1969 For eign Mission Graded Series is "The Middle East." The adult book is Sons of Ishmael: How Shall They Hear? by Finley M. Graham. "Hie book is a study of the Arabs in the area often called the Holy Land and of the work of the Southern Baptist Missionaries in that area. Dr. Graham is president of the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary near Beirut. Leba non. Rev. and Mrs. Burchette will teach the course, bringing first hand information along with color slides of their trip to the Holy Land. The public is coridally in vited.
