Tysinger, district Manager of Western Carolina Telephone Company, said this week there has been much con fusion on the use of the record ing when local residents are reporting their telephone trou bles. He further commented that it would be helpful to the repair men as well as to the subscriber Many calls are received daily simply stating "my telephone is out of order". They fail to give their name or number and it is impossible to trace the trouble. Last week 145 calls were made to the recording and only eight were reporting troubles. There were numerous calls from children just playing pranks. TRASHY PROBICMS?
