If the children aFe to be allowed to flit about over tne neighborhood, j yy ride and idle about the streets, tbey would fare just as well in the school rooms. The indivi dual is largely responsible for the spread of the disease, and upon them will depend in a large, measure whether or not conditions will be improved.
