Following the dynamiting of Harrcll college, a negro institu tion, at Seneca, S. C., last Fri day night, that place was early Wednesday morning almost burned to the ground. It is said the fire was the work of incendiary negroes seeking revenge for the destruction of their college. Harrell College, the negro school destroyed, was presided over by Rev. J. F. Williams, and supported by Northern white People. Williams bad made himself very objectionable to the while people by advising the negroes not to work aria preaching other incendiary doctrines. A letter was sent to bim several weeks ago advising him to leave, but to tnis be paid no attention.
