Pneumonia Follows a Cold but -never follows the use of Foley's Honey JU-d Tar, which stops the cough, heals the lungs, and expels the cold from your system. J. H. Ken nedy ft Co. ., - . ; County and No 236 W. Main Ave. Only Semi-Weekly in Gaston County Men "Higher Up" Indicted. There were further developments in the investigation of the sugar frauds last Friday when Charles R. Heike, secretary of the American Sugar Benning Company, and Harry W. -Walker, superintendent of the Williamsburg docks of this compa ny, were indicted for conspiracy to defraud and for making false en tries. 'Previous to this a number of employes of this big concern have been indicted on similar charges. From appearances it would seem that the government has been cheat ed out of large sums of money by the sugar trust. It is a dangerous thing to take a cough medicine containing opiates that merely stifle your cough Instead of curing it. Foley's Honey and Tar loosens and cures the cough and ex pels the poisonous germs, thus pre venting pneumonia and consumption. Refuse substitutes and take only the genuine Foley's Honey and Tar in yellow packages. J. H. Kennedy & Co. Solicitor L. D.
