My appetite was very poor and my general condition was much run down. I have been taking Foley's Kidney Pills but a short time and now sleep as sound as a rock. I eat and enjoy my meals, and my general condition is greatly improved. I can honestly recommend Foley's Kidney Pills as I know they have cured me." J. H. Kennedy & Co. Inasmudh as it is an accepted fact that baldness, falling hair and dand ruff are caused by a germ, doesn't it stand to reason that the only way to prevent such calamities is to kill the germB? And doesn't it stand to reason that the only way to kill these germs is to use Parisian Sage, which J. H. Kennedy & Co. have so much faith in that they guarantee it to cure dand ruff, falling hair and itching scalp in two weeks, or money back? Parisian Sage is a delightful hair tonic and is pleasant to use. It is not sticky or greasy, and contains only those ingredients that will sure ly benefit. It is now sold by druggists all over America, and by J. H. Kennedy & Co. for 50 cents a large bottle. It is used extensively by women who desire luxuriant hair with a radiant luster. Answer of Railroads and Express Companies to Complaint' of Mill nery Jobbers' Association About the Rates. Washington, April 7. Women's hats have been 'growing larger and larger every year. They have also been growing lighter and lighter la weight. So that now a woman's hat weighs less and takes up more room than it did ten years ago. A freight or an express car will hold only a tenth of the hats It once did and the carriers raised the rates to make op the difference. This is the answer of the railroads and express companies to the com plaint of the Millinery Jobbers As sociation which was heard before the Interstate Commerce Commission to day. The milliners say the rates are too high and the carriers say the ev olution of the head-gear simply made, them put on the increase. '.
