S. Norflee of the grand lodge of North Carolini at the joint communication of Phalar lodge, No. 31; Excelsior, No. 261, an Joppa. No. 530. The meeting wt called for the purpose of discussin ways and means of building a res room at Camp Greene and also a Mi sonic temple near the camp.
