By virtue of an execution di rected to the undersigned from the Superior Court of New Han over county in the above entitled • action, I will, on Monday, the 14th day of September, 1925, at 12 o’clock M. at the Court House door of Hoke county, sell to the highest bidder for cash to satis fy said execution, all the ^right, title and interest which the said W. J. Crawley, the defendant, has in the following real estate to wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, containing 270 acres, more or less, situate, iy ing and being on the Bethel road and on both sides of the Aber deen and Rockfish Railroad, about 7 miles southeast from the town of Raeford, in Stonewall township, county of Hoke, State of North Carolina, having such shape, metes, courses and dis tances as will more fully appear by reference to a plat thereof made by J. P. McPhail, Survey or, on the 18th day of March, 1916, a copy of which is attached to the abstract now on tile with The Federal Land Bank of Co lumbia, the same being bounded on the North by the lands of B. Tolar and lands of D.*McGougan, on the East by lands of D. Me Gougan and lands of J. R. Jones, on the South b.v lands of J. R. Jones and lands of Z. V. Pate and on the West by lands of S. Sandy, W. H. Jordan and lands of K. T. Butler. This being the same tract of land heretofore conveyed to the said W. J. Crawley by J. G. Me Gormick, Commissioner, by Commissioners deed dated 3rd day of July, 1905, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Robeson county, N. C., in Book YYYY page 45. With this exception, that cer tain tract, or parcel of land lying and being on the South side of the Bethel Road, and bounded on Elast by Aberdeen and Rockfish Railroad, and on the West by the lands of Brunt Tolar, con taining 18 acres, more or less, and which has this day been al lotted to W. J. Crawley as a homestead, and which is exempt from sale under said execution. This August 14th, 1925.
