Notice is hereby given to all delinquent tax pay
ers .of the Town of Raeford, that all unpaid taxes for
years prior to 1931, will be; advertised on the
first of October, and sale o fproperty will be made
on the first Monday in November, 1931, as required
by law. Also, all past due pavement assessments will
be included in this advertisement, and advertised and
sold at the same time and manner as provided by
Statute.
The Board of Town' Commissioners have no
authority to postpone the sale longer than November,
as above set out, and it is hoped that satisfactory ar
rangements will be made by sJl tax payers to take
care of these taxes and assessments in order that it
will not be necessary to sell any property.
