You Probably know the answer, yet .it's one of those simple, obvious facts that arc often lost sight of. The stockholders who own this bank are your neighbors and ours average citizens who take part in the home, social and business life of this community. They invested their money in our capita! stock because they had faith in the community's future, and in the progres&iveness of their fellow men. Often the money they invested was part of their hard-earned life savings. This confidence on the part of our stockholders, who in turn enjoy the confidence and respect of many others, is a good-will-building force which we value highly. To quote a familiar saying, it means that we are "of the people, for the people and by the people." The Bank Belk-Hensdale Company Mr. and Mrs. Martin Bis hop of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., spent several days at the home of her mother, Mrs. Ina Lentz, this week.
