HINTS TO FARM HOMEMAKERS STATE COLLEG8 HINTS WATER MARK DAMAGE Marks or rings from wet glasses, vases or plants are common on tables, especially if these surfaces liave not been waxed. Wax can not prevent damage caused by allowing liquids to stand on tie finish indefinitely. However, it will keep them from being ab sorbed immediately, thus living you time to wipe up the liquid before it can damage the finish. If water marks appear, heme are some suggestions you might try. Kiace a clean, thick blotter over the ring and press with a warm (not hot) iroi. Repeat until rings disappear. Apply liquid wax with 40 steel rTjTjrnjijTjijTJTiTr wool. Or rub marta with rottanstone and oil, or try camphorated oil. KEEi5 ALERT Do oyu want to keep yourself mentally and physically alert and not get that "let down" feeling while there is still work to be done? The foods you eat may decide lor you which it will be. Meals are usually built around a main dish. One that satisfies will be appetizing and "stay by" you for a long period of time. Meals that contain some animal protein as milk, cheese, eggs, poultry, meat or fish will be ap petizing and "stay by'' too. These are protein foods of the highest quality. Blaine Dixon, international hair and scalp consultant and Di rector of Merrill Hair & Scalp Consultants, said: "There arc many different scalp conditions that may cause men and women to lose their hair. Using common sense, a person must realize no one tonic or ko called cure-all can correct all these different condi tions," he explained. READ WHAT A FEW OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AMERICAN HAIR AND SCALF ASSOCIA TIONS' MANY SATISFIED CLIENTS HAVE SAID ABOUT THEIR HOME TREATMENT IN THEIR UNSOLICITED RE PORTS; THERE ARE MANY MORE IN OUR FILES: ''My hair has grown very much, you can see new hair all over my scalp. The new hair looks lively and much better. I am well pleased with my hair, it looks so much better and much thicker and I thank you so much." C. Burkett Dothan, Aiabamu "I am quite well pleased with the success I have had as far as I have gone, which was the three months course, and I am con vinced that with cont nued mas saging and non-alcoholic sham poo I will be able to take care of my scalp without further treat ment. I have learned quite a lot about caring for my scalp." R. Langton Walla Walla, Washington "Since beginning my treatment my hair is softer, more manage able, and it is not breaking or earning out nearly so much. I notice a general appearance of new hair all over my scalp. I am very pleased with the treat ment. B. P. Brown Alva, Oklahoma Gearanteed Not everyone can be helped by the Merrill Home Treatment. Only those we think we can help are accepted for treatemnt. Those who are accepted for Mer rill Home Treatment are given this guarantee, "If you ar not completely satisfied at the end of thirty days, your money will be returned." This is only be cause most people are skeptical of claims that hair can grow on billeting heads. Usually when a perron avails himself of the Mer rill treatment, his skepticism dis appears. No Cu re-All "We have no cure-all for slick, shiny baldness," Dixon empha sizes. "If there is still fuzz, that hair follicle of the scalp is still producing hair. Merrill's users have grown hair. We have many reports testifying that after using our home treatment, weak fuzz has developed into healthy ma ture hair. Proper use of this home treatment may bring about a healthy scalp condition which will help the body to produce new hair. If there is any fuzz at all a healthy scalp condition may be restored, and the hair may grow normally again as nature in tended." There is one thing Dixon wants to be certain every man and woman knows. If a reces sion appears at the temples or a spot begins to show up on the crown of the head, there is some thing 'wrong and it should be given immediate attention. Free Examination In addition to reexamining pres ent clients, the Merrill method of home treatment will be demon strated to others who are inter ested. The examination is very thorough and highly technical It requires 20 to 30 minutes. The Consultant makes no charge for this examination and no ap pointment is necessary. After ex amining the person, he is told the required length of treatment and how much it will cost. Regu lar reports are made to the Mer rill firm in Oklahoma City to check the progress of the home t-fatment. iliB aaMmwi " - C WHIN j YOU BUY I Mccormick i TEA BAGS,1, Regular 31c Giant M 73c H JfSfl Regular ife 31c H C4 Giant -222 h g0s Large 31c H M I C Giant llMI 73c C r JTN Large HOWS YOUR HAIR IF IT WORRIES YOU CALL OUR CONSULTANT JAMES CAS TELLI AT THE TANGLEWOOD MOTEL IN RAEFORD ON SUN DAY ONLY.
