Tip*
By Mike Wood
Winter itch is a condition
causing discomfort most
often to the elderly. It seems
related to the tendency for
people in our society to be
excessively clean. By soap
ing away the natural oil of
the skin, it leaves the skin
dry and free to chafe and
itch. An oil is available from
your druggist which will
help to relieve winter itch.
Some doctors advise using
soap only to cleanse hands
and face.
