Police Seize Pot Of Pot City police and SBI agents raided a Raeford home Tuesday night and confiscated four suspected marijuana plants growing in the living room. Earl Bullard, 26, of 319V4 South Main was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and manufacture of a controlled substance. He was jailed with a $2,000 bond, with a preliminary hearing set for April II. Raeford Police Chief Leonard Wiggins said a team of four city policemen and two SBI agents searched the Bullard residence about 6 pun. after obtaining a search warrant. "Ine plants were sent immediately to the SBI lab in Raleigh for analysis. Police officers taking part in the raid were Wiggins, J.C. Barrington, Charles Campbell and Earl Tindall.
