Freezing and canning supplies are expected to be more plentiful than last year. Do not wait until the last minute to shop for your supplies. Raeford Hardware Store has the equipment for checking the gauge on your pressure canner. Your gauge needs to be checked every year. Get your checked now so it will be ready when vou need it. Remember all low acid foods would be canned in pressure canner to be safe. The Home Agent's office has two canners that can be rented for a small charge.
