McLeod, Jr., was hostess to the Education Department of the Raeford Woman's Club in April. Mrs. Lee Be as ley was in charge of the program and she assisted members and their guests in making macrame hanging baskets. Mrs. Beasley displayed various macrame articles she had made, including belts and pocketbooks. The evening was very enjoyable as well as fruitful, with everyone taking home a sample of their craftsmanship. Mrs. Paul Solomon assisted in serving. Birthdays Pam Woodell Mrs. Debby Woodell had a party Saturday to honor her daughter Pam on her fifth birthday. Guests played games and then were served birthday cake, ice cream, Kool Aid and candies. Club Calendar The Raeford Junior Woman's Club will meet Monday, April 21, at 7:45 p.m., in the training room at Burlington Industries.
