During her junior and senior years at ECU, Miss Best was on the dean's list or made all A's every quarter and graduated this spring with a 3.S average. She has served as vice president of the ECU chapter of Alpha Beta Alpha, undergraduate honor society in library science and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, history honor society.
