She is employed at Burlington Industries Her fiance, also a 1972 graduate of Hoke County High School, attended Fayetteville Technical Institute and graduated as an electrician. Golden Anniversary Mr it Mrs. John Ella Martin Mr. and Mrs. John Elza Martin of Lumberton, formerly of Raeford, were honored with a reception Sunday afternoon at their home on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is employed by Pineville Elementary School, Charlotte. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and Births Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Daniels of Raeford, announce the birth of a son, Harrison Ray Jr., on June 25 at Southeastern General Hospital in Eumberton. Mrs. Daniels is the former Kathy Pridgen of Raeford. Mr. and Mrs. T. Carson Davis have returned from a vacation at Tantar on Oaafi Lake in the Ozark Mountains, Mo. holds a Masters degree from A.S.U. He is employed by Equitable Life Insurance Co. of Charlotte. After a wedding trip to Williamsburg, Va., the couple will live at 1331 Abbey Place, Charlotte. BRIDGE Mrs Upchurch Bridge club members and one visitor, Mrs. Gilbert Barnhardt, met with Mrs. Lewis Upchurch on Thursday night. Mrs. Upchurch served dessert and iced tea when guests arrived and nuts, chips and Cokes during the evening.
