In District Court Pair Bound Over For Armed Robbery Two men pleaded not guilty to armed robbery charges and probable cajac was found by District Court Judge Joseph Dupree Friday and they were bound over to Hoke County Superior Court for action by the grand jury. Kenneth R. Brewer, of Rt. 7, Box 494, Lumberton, and Linnie Locklear, Rt. 4, Box 876, Red Springs, pleaded not guilty to armed robbery and probable cause was found following a hearing. The two were arrested in connection with the robbery of the County Line Grocery Nov. 7, where $755 was taken from A.B. Hudson, owner of the store. Johnny Bount, 425 Homestead Drive, Fayetteville, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and prayer for judgment was continued for two years and he was fined costs. ? David Lee Purcell, Rt. l.Raeford, was found guilty of driving while his license was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 months. The defendant gave a notice of appeal.
