The constant pounding of feet
on concrete pavements causes
many adults in cities to suffer
serious fool ailments. If you
are overweight, it increases
pavement shock. Avoid fash
ionable shoes that are harmful
to foot health. At home, remove
shoes and put on soft slippers.
Walk barefoot on rugs, on a
clean lawn, or sand beaches,
whenever possible as healthful
exercise for the feet.
