Tennis Lessons Begin 20th, Check Schedule For Times The Hoke County Parks and Recreation Commission will be sponsoring tennis lessons for six weeks. Classes will be taught by Duncan Buoyer and start June 20 and continue through August 5. There will be no classes the week of July 4. There will be a S2 charge for classes which meet Monday through Thursdays. Those who participate in Saturday lessons will be charged $1 because of the shortened class time. Class divisions and times are: Monday and Wednesday at 8:30, Julie Gibson, Brian Scarboro, Judy Scull, Kathy Sappenfield, Carla Sappenfield. Jennifer Bratcher, Parker Coley, Eric Coley, Fran Buoyer, and Edna Lewis; Monday and Wednesday at 9:30, Kim McNeill, Jennifer Russell, Dorcas Hostetler, Kim Huffman, Kim Tuttle, Michael' Sports, Casandra Kemp, and Belinda Brown; Monday and Wednesday at 10:30, Joy Upchurch, Mary James, Marilvn Semones, Susan Phillips, Ladies 9 Softball and Colleen Buchholz; Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30, Brenda Edwards, Becky Thomas, Frances Conner*, Jean McGregor, Nancy Smith, Debra Pattereson, Sarah J. If anyone is unhappy with these times call the recreation office to adjust your schedule. Also, if anyone was omitted, there will be no trouble in adding your name. To help the recreation department in cutting expenses, all participants are asked to bring a can of tennis balls. "Hie purpose of the Estate Planning Committee is to advise the college in the conduct of its deferred gifts program. Hostetler is an attorney at law with the firm of Hostetler & McNeill. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he studied law. He is chairman of the board of deacons at the First Baptist Church of Raeford. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Cost per child is SS and each participant will receive a camp shirt. All activities will be held at the nigh school. Fundamental instruction, films, and punt, pass and kick contests will be included. Participants will be grouped according to age and there will be no contact.
