Dwight Jaycees Complete Course Eight Raeford Jaycees havt re cently completed a course in per sonal dynamics offered by the United States Jaycees in the Indi vidual Development Program. The aim of the program is to "develop the whole man through a whole chapter." The course was taught in two four-hour sessions. Dwight Smith, internal vice president of the North Carolina Jaycees, taught the first session and Allan Dossenback, district director for District D of the East Central Region of the North Carolina Jaycees. taught the final session Oct. 13.
