Jud$e Joseph E. Dupree was presiding when William Earl Bur ton, Spring Lake, pleaded guilty to the charges. He was sentenced to not less than nine nor more than 18 months and was given credit for 21 days of pre ? trial confinement. Breathalyzer reading was .18 per cent. Mark Edward Hansen. Ft. Bragg, pleaded not guilty to a charge of DUI. He was found guilty of careless and reckless driving and was ordered to pay a S300 fine and costs. The defendant's motions to quash charges of carrying a con cealed weapon and DUI were granted. Wilbert Hunt, Lumberton. pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI. Breathalyzer reading was .18 per cent. He was sentenced to 90 days, suspended for 12 months upon payment of a $175 fine and costs. He was ordered not to drive for 12 months except as set out in the limited driving privilege order.
