The reason is one of the two vehicles the Raetord Post Office had been using was withdrawn starling last Thursday, part of the tvv Postal Service's nationwide pro gram of energy conservation. Postmaster Joe Carver said the mailman who walks makes his deliveries in the area close to the Post Office. The motorized carrier covers the rest of the city. The same carrier doesn't do all the walking, he added: the routes are rearranged, so they take turns. The de-motorization started na . tionally two to 2,/j years ago in a 1 phased program. Carver added that the de motorization doesn't involve the rural delivery service. Herrinfl has twice the cal cium content of milk. *nAhur Hechmer.
